Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Change-of-mind refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once the download has started and you’ve consented to immediate supply (this consent removes the usual 14-day cooling-off right for digital content).
Faulty or not-as-described files
If your file is corrupted, won’t open, or isn’t as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll first repair or replace the file. If that isn’t possible or doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll provide an appropriate refund. This is in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content. GOV.UK+2Legislation.gov.uk+2
Accidental duplicate purchases
If you accidentally buy the same digital item more than once and haven’t downloaded the duplicate, we’ll refund the duplicate charge—just email your order number.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds).
Download access & re-delivery
Download links may be time-limited. If yours expires before you’ve downloaded, email us and we’ll re-send your link after verifying your order.
