Orders & Payments

Orders are processed securely through Wix or approved third-party providers.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be received in full before products are delivered.

Digital Downloads

Ebooks and other downloadable products are delivered electronically after payment.
Because of the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

For physical products (e.g., books, merchandise), shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (postal strikes, customs, etc.).

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

You may return physical products within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cemetery on the Hill is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Site or products.
